GOOD Morning Britain host Piers Morgan has confessed he can’t go a single day without having a drink.
The 55-year-old celebrity has turned to booze in order to kill the boredom while being cooped up inside his mansion during the lockdown.
Conversely, his GMB co-host Susanna Reid insists she hasn’t touched a drop of alcohol throughout the entire pandemic. Piers, though, admitted that he couldn’t imagine a day without a glass of wine.
The Good Morning Britain said’the days are too long’ for him not to have an alcoholic beverage or two. Piers then poked fun at his co-star by claiming that maybe if she turned to the booze, she wouldn’t be ‘so miserable’.
“No wonder you’re so miserable. Get a bottle of wine out the cellar and treat yourself,” he joked.
